return policy: all transactions are final. please read this policy carefully before ordering. 

we inspected each dress to confirm the correct style, color, and size during production process. we also inspect all the beading, embroidery, the hems and seams as well before we dispatch the dress.

in the very rare circumstances that we send out an incorrect item, we accept refund or exchange. 

exchange

you should contact us so that we can arrange the correct item. incorrect item must be returned prior to correct item being dispatched, reasonable return postage costs will be refunded. item will only be replaced for correct item.

exchange has to be made within 3 days of receipt of the item and shipping fee should be paid.

exchange is not allowed for the dress made by buyer's own measurements and specified color. 

refund

please contact us before you return the dress for a refund because our return address might be different to what you saw on the parcel that we sent. you should have a reasonable explain of why you need to return the products and get refund.

there are no refund/return acceptable due to a couple of following reasons:

the item has been warred or washed.

the item was damaged by your behavior.

you do not like the dress even though we sent the correct item, but exchange is allowed.

last, if you feel you have to return the item you bought from us without any reason, we do accept return and refund. but in this circumstances we charge 50% handling fee & restock fee moreover no shipping cost will be refunded.
