* you should contact us before you want to return the item so that we could arrange the correct item.

* it is required that the exchange should be made within 3 days after you have received the item.

* we can only exchange after we receive the item in good condition as we send to you. and you should be responsible for the shipping fee.

* we can not accept exchange on items that have been worn or damaged by your behavior.

* dresses made by buyer's own measurements and specified color are not allowed to exchange.

refund

* it is required that the return should be made within 3 days after you have received the item.

* please contact us before you return the item for refund because our return address might be different.

* reasonable explain is required and we would like to know why you want to return the item.

* we can not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or damaged by your behavior.

* we can not accept returns for the items that you do not like even though we have sent the correct ones, but exchange is allowed.

* for the return without reasonable supporting reasons, 50% handling fee & restocking fee will be charged to you. shipping cost is not refundable.
